Submitting the quote form is a request for pricing, not an order. Quotes are provided by phone, reflect current stock and mileage, and remain valid for the period stated on the call. By submitting the form you agree to be contacted by phone and email about your request.
Orders are confirmed by phone with payment terms provided at that time. A unit is reserved only once the order is confirmed.
Engines carry a 5-year warranty and transmissions a 3-year warranty covering internal components, subject to proper installation by a qualified mechanic and the full written terms supplied with your order. Warranty does not cover labor, fluids, consumables or damage from improper installation.
Parts ship by freight. Inspect the unit on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Returns and warranty claims are handled per the written terms supplied with your order.
We match parts using the vehicle information you provide (including VIN where given). Providing accurate information is your responsibility; we confirm fitment details before shipping.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
